The Crew Ralph "RT" Martinese Founder, Owner, Head Designer Ralph has been a hair dresser for 17 years, and is a third generation hair dresser following in the footsteps of his grandparents and aunt. He has worked exclusively in the Portsmouth area for that time but has done much freelance work over the years. His experience has run the gamut from being on the set of two independent films, magazine shoots, and hair for many theatrical productions. Additionally, he has been both behind the scenes and on stage for many hair shows. Ralph has received training internationally in England, Italy, France, as well as domestically in New York and Boston. Having studied a variety of disciplines over the years from Sassoon, Toni & Guy, Rusk,and Sahag, as well as strong barbering techniques he has developed aesthetics and techniques that are as unique as he is. Often uninitiated visitors are surprised to see or hear him singing in the salon. David Allard-Masse Stylist David is our newest hair stylist and member of the Sanctuary family. He is also a artist and sculptor specializing in spiritual abstract or contemporary works. One of his pieces is an angel sculpted from 14 tons of marble and can be seen on the grounds of a private residence along coastal Route 1A in Rye, NH. Pam Mixon Experienced Barber / Stylist I was the owner of A Cut Above, Men's Hair Styling in Long Beach, CA for 17 years and loved it. During that same time I studied advanced cutting techniques with Redken. I went back to barbering in Walnut Creek, and San Luis Obispo, CA during the '90s. Owner of Pam's Barber Shop in North Hampton for ten years. I'm a single mother and enjoy traveling with my daughter Lorraine. Pam's hours are: Sun. 9:00 - 4:00 Mon. 9:00- 5:00, By apointment 5:00- 7:00 Tue. 9:00- 5:00 Wed. 9:00- 5:00 Caitlin Healy Cosmetologist & Apprentice Stylist Caitlin graduated from Empire Beauty School in February 2009 and has been with Sanctuary since the beginning of May. She is a licensed Cosmetologist. She enjoys camping, music and spends most of her time with her boyfriend Neil and her friends.
